TheraFusion is a structured monthly therapy model built around consistent support between sessions. Depending on the tier, clients receive a combination of telehealth sessions, weekly email check-ins, text messaging, and phone access — all within defined clinical boundaries. It is designed for clients who want more than one hour a week and are ready to actively engage in the work between appointments.
Standard therapy gives you one session per week or biweekly, with no structured contact between appointments. TheraFusion adds a layer of between-session support — check-ins, messaging, and depending on your tier, phone access — so the work doesn't pause between appointments. It asks more of the client in return.
TheraFusion runs on a monthly subscription model with three tiers. Foundation Care is $350 per month, Momentum Care is $675 per month, and Connected Care is $900 per month. Each tier increases session frequency and between-session access. TheraFusion is a private-pay model and is not billed through insurance.
Foundation Care suits clients who want a consistent rhythm with structured weekly check-ins and two sessions per month. Momentum Care is for clients who want the work to move faster and need text access between sessions. Connected Care is for clients navigating a demanding period who need the highest level of access: six sessions per month, plus phone and text support, with a four-hour response time. Your consultation will help clarify which tier fits where you are right now.
The first step is submitting an inquiry through the contact form. If it feels like a potential fit, Megan will be in touch within one to two business days to arrange a complimentary consultation. After the consultation, intake paperwork and service agreements are sent through the client portal for completion before the first session.
Response times depend on your tier. Foundation clients receive responses within 24 business hours. Momentum clients within 12 business hours. Connected clients within 4 business hours. All responses occur Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. TheraFusion is not an emergency service.
TheraFusion is a structured outpatient therapy model with defined response windows. It is not designed for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988. For non-emergency situations within your tier, Megan will respond within your guaranteed response window.
